Default Bone density test

Hello all! MY GP wants me to have a bone density test in a few weeks.......is that the "norm"?

I know that 'roids rob us of vitamin d, etc, but have your docs suggested a test for you?

I've only been on steriods for 7 months now, so I can't imagine that any real "harm" has been done - plus I take 1800 mgs of calcium w/vitamin d daily (per my hema)................

Do any of you crave WHOLE milk or OJ wit lots of pulp? I go through it like water!

Any input would be appreciated!

Erin
