Good to hear your pred dosage is being lowered. But you definitely don't want to ignore any signs of infection on a PICC line - go in and make some noise, make someone take a look at it for you. When I was in hospital in Nov, there was a wife of an old family friend in the room next door. She was in for infection at her PICC line site.
