Has anyone elses style of clothing changed ? I have found that light loose fitting clothing helps with my energy level. There is less resistance & wieght, plus, helps with the heat factor. Shoes are like cement blocks strapped to my feet, at home I wear sox around, I wear merrills slip on shoes to go to stores, or outside, they are light. Resistance with the clothing seems to be the culprit !
Plus it is hard to find higher neck styles to cover up the thymectomy scar, for going out, most of the shirts are scoop or v neck ! Any brand suggestions, or stores, that any of you use, I'd love to check them out ! |
