Default timed released mestinon

any thoughts-changed from reg mest to timed realed about 1 month ago. put up with less twitching for 1st week then no more twitching. no change in dose[45mg in am and pm] but for some unknown reason i'm as jittery as a something!! my mouth and arms are dancing all by themselves!!! have a great w/e in the northeast usa the sun is actually shining after 1 week of clouds. hip hip hooray!!!!!
