How long ago was his surgery that caused the spinal leak?
I'm shocked that his Dr isn't helping him get thru this horribly painful time! From what little I was told of spinal leaks when I had a Lumbar Surgery procedure was that they ARE treatable. Lying flat and consuming caffeine was mentioned.....? But don't do that unless a medical professional confirms it. They made it sound to me that, indeed it is very painful, but it WILL pass. The only reason I was concerned and wanting this info is because it was possible to have been a side-effect of the procedure I had. I didn't fall victim tho. Won't his Dr give him something for the pain?! You'll get more responses to your questions.....i just wanted to say how sorry I am you are watching your son deal with this..... ![]() Truly Caring Rae |
