Thumbs up Hello.

I have just found this site a few minutes ago and was amazed at the amount of info.. available.I am hooked!! I am a type 2 diabetic and in 2008 I suffered a massive heart attack which led to a triple bypass operation, before my surgery my Doctors told me that I had a 10-15% chance of survival but with God's help, a wonderful family, and Great Doctors.I pulled through. I know the key to my rapid recovery was I reprogrammed my mind to deal with the situation one day at a time, block out the negative thoughts and listen to my body. I always repeat this to myself when I am in need of emotional strength: WHEN YOU ARE AT YOUR LOWEST THE BEST IN YOU SHOULD COME OUT. These are some of the tools I have used to recover. God and Willpower=SUCCESS!!! I hope this can help someone who is having the same problem.
Thank you.
