Default erythomyalgia partners?

Greetings. is there anyone out there with erythomyalgia? I am 52 years old and began having major vascular problems when I was 33. I have had double leg fasciotomies, several femoral artery replacements, open heart surgery, abdominal aorta replacement... all in all 20 surgeries. ON top of all that I was recently diagnosed with erythomyalgia. It is currently in my right foot. THere is no describing the severity of the pain. The best I can say is it is like taking a knife that has been sitting in a fire stabbing it into your foot and twisting. THankfully it isn't like that constantly but it hits in waves sometimes lasting a minute or two and sometimes several hours. Nothing I've been prescribed so far works.

Please! is there someone with advice? I absolutely cannot live like this.
