Default Hi Kattiebell

My origional doctor said something to me about pain meds. that I thought to share with you. He said with cronic pain, it is kinda like having diabetis. You would not take your insolin and feel bad about it, because it makes your life better. The same with pain medications, They are there to really help you have a quality of life. That is the whole point. Do not worry about being on them your whole life. Just take it slow, and realize you need them at this moment and it is OK. I wish you all the best. ginnie ps sorry if I didn't spell correctly, not my stong point for sure.....
