Default post concussive syndrome or something else

Hello my name is Ariel and I'm just going to get straight to the story
After blacking out drunk one night of very heavy drinking I woke up the next morning with feelings of derealization and in total confusion it was if I lost connection with all my friends and forgot who they were this feeling lasted for 4 weeks on and off I thought I was going crazy. After that was gone I had very bad anxiety and a complete change in personality I didn't like leaving my house and pretty much withdrew from my social life even after itrying I just have not felt like nearly the same person as I was before the mris eeg's and and ct's were all clean . Its been two months now since that night and the symptoms are the following: 1) I feel emotionally numb 2) I can't express any of my thoughts 3) some headaches that mostly went away 4) I always feel like somethings off 5) my brain always has a fog over it 5) very poor memory of when events happened and how they happened 6) no track of time 7) hard time sleeping with very vivid and bizarre dreams when I do sleep 8) no appetite sometimes because of nausea 8) I can't process my thoughts like there's no emotion behind any of them 9) its almost impossible to learn new things 10) every time I try to talk about these things I begin to cry 11) I feel like I'm dreaming all day and these are some of the few that don't even come out right because of my inability to express my thoughts in an organized manner. After seeing a neurologist a psychiatrist and a therapist they agreed that I have some sort of chemical imbalance or received a bump on the head that night causing post concussive symptoms or the alcohol itself caused a temporary brain injury. I stopped going to school because I'm so overwhelmed from what I can't do that I used to grasp so easily. Everybody tells me its temporary and that everythings ok but I can't stop thinking that its something more and I'm constantly looking for answers on the internet which causes me more anxiety that I can't feel because I'm so numb. I don't want to live like this I've thought about suicide daily and I just want to be back to my normal self. I'm losing my friends and might not graduate due to this if anyone has any helpful suggestions about what might be going on I would greatly appreciate it

Thank you for your help
