Talking motor sensory neuropathy

hi my name is kevin I am a bi lateral below knee amputee caused by (hmsn) since I had my Lt leg off in 2009 my right hand has steadily deteriorated now I have trouble fastening buttons or holding a pen sometimes I have trouble holding a knife and fork is there any one out there who has had similar problems because im wooried how far my hnds will detreriorate can anyone help PLEASE!
