Default New Member: 3 level ACDF scheduled for December 9

Hello,
I had a car accident on 8/19/2010. Went to pain management who ordred MRI and referred me to a neurosurgeon after seeing results. Neurosurgeon recommending three level ACDF due to spinal cord impingement. I tingling and numbness in my arms and my hands go cold sometimes. I am scared witless but my family is urging me to stabilize my neck and have the surgery. Here to find support and answers as to what I can expect.
