Default Son - New patient - HELP!!!

Hello -
I have a ?
My 11-year-old son fell slipped in the basement of our church & hit the back of his head on a concrete wall. He did black out for a few seconds and when he awoke the room was spinning. This was on December 21. He went on to be totally normal - until January 20 when he developed nausea/abdominal pain & was a few days later diagnosed with strep throat. After strep throat treatment he has had persistent and constant nauesa. It is now February 23 and he continues with the nausea. We have been admitted to the hospital twice for evaluation of this extreme nausea ... he has had and upper GI scope done which showed his stomach to be beautiful. Blood tests confirm the strep is gone as the white count has returned to normal & the throat cultures are negative. He has more recently develped a little headache that moves from one side of his head to another. MRI scan of the head was negative. Also is now developing some dizziness on/off. The neurologist is calling is post concussive syndrome but even she admits most patients have more headache and less nauesea and I can't understand him being just fine for 4 weeks after the injury & this nausea beginning with strep throat. Any help any of you can give me would be appreciated. I can't help but feel the cause of his persistent and chronic nausea has not been found.
