Default Tired of the hypocrisy

after 6 years of medical treatment, two FAILED surgeries, being deemed 80 percent impaired in my cervical spine, i have had my fill of lying *** doctors (which i can prove), for the last year i have been denied appropiate pain medications. i have a history of bleeding ulcers so i cant take nsaids. over a year ago, i tested positive for marijuana during a drug screen. (keep in mind, i am under no narcotic contract whatsoever). pain management law in south carolina states that if you test positive, the dr. is to refer you to substance abuse program, upon completion, you get medicine. not here!..dr. told me "no, i have a one time fail policy" insurance company wont authorize another dr. if i go tp another dr. on my own, i will be accused of dr. shopping. so, i am stuck in hell. the dr. wrote that i told him i use pot "nightly"..thats not what i said, i said, i will use it at night to help with sleep. who on disability can afford to use it nightly?..i would rather eat. i have 4, thats right 4, psychological reports that all say i am open and honest about all my claims, and that my use of pot is " a form of self medication"..i am diagnosed with depression, anxiety, add, adhd, several others, yet, not being treated for any of these.. they did try every med that i didnt ask for, but i cant get the ones that i know will help, lorcet for the pain, valium for the depression,anxiety... but because of politics and again i say, i cant take nsaids, i am forced to live a life of despise for the medical community, the poliitical community, (as i reached out to all levels of my political leaders, to no avail), i am looking for an attorney who is willing to take these issues all the way to the top to stop this abuse of people. anyone with any advice *message* thanks, and god bless
