Default New to Forum

Hello everyone. Just found this forum. I joined as I have long suffered from back pain issues. Just turned 40 and find that I am becoming more and more concerned about how I might feel when I am 60 or 70 so now may be a good time to learn more and take some measures to help in the longer term.

I hope to learn a lot from all of you and share what I know as well.

Thank you,

Jason

Confused New to Neuro

Hello out there. My name is Diane and I am writing in hopes of getting some mental support in dealing with my 28 year old son who has OCD, depression, Anxiety, and is now drinking to top it off! Right now I am feeling very hopeless. I am single and having a rough time myself and I don't have a support system. My mother passed away in April, in May I had a serious car accident with a school bus and now I am experiencing difficulties with headaches, depression, and blood pressure problems. I know that I sound like I am having a pity party. I have always been the pillar of strength for my family and son. Lately, I just feel like I can't handle it by myself anymore. I tried getting my son in a day program twice, but hen he chickens out and won't go. He just started on an injectible medication to help with psychosis symptoms, but he is now drinking. I need help. Any ideas? I don't have alot of money either. Diane
