Default New to Forum

Hello everyone. Just found this forum. I joined as I have long suffered from back pain issues. Just turned 40 and find that I am becoming more and more concerned about how I might feel when I am 60 or 70 so now may be a good time to learn more and take some measures to help in the longer term.

I hope to learn a lot from all of you and share what I know as well.

Thank you,

Jason
