Default New here but not to pn....

Hello! I am a 45 yo female and I have had peripheral neuropathy for four years ( peroneal nerve). Stumped many docs all this time and got sick of disappointments of trying to find a cause. Recently read that it could be gluten so I am trying gf to see if it helps but also find that sugar intensifies the pain. Does anyone have experience with this? Should I be as strict about other carbs for the sugar effect while I am trying the gf? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
