Default Hello New to these Forums

You may have seen some of my posts but I have porphyria. I wonder if anyone else had a primary care Physician that just doesnt want to help. My doctor is very timid when it comes to treating me. All she basically does is my blood work and thats it. When I have a flare up and run out of medication for swelling or pain she wont even write a new perscription she says go to the ER. It seems like she doesnt want to deal with it. I find it frustrating and I'm not sure what to do besides drop her as my primary care.
