Welcome to NT,
I was going to suggest the ER. Glad it's not an impending stroke. A neurologist is the first line of defense in your situation. There are many tests ahead for you, I'm fear. I hope you get answers soon. I would keep a diary, for now, of your symptoms, meds, foods, activities, sleep patterns, describing pain in as much detail as possible for the upcoming visit. There are relaxation and breathing techniques that may ease some of the suffering for you, for now. It's not a biggy, but it helps me get through the moment sometimes.
