Do you notice it when you bend your head down? If this is the case it could possibly be what is called LHermitte's sign. There are different causes for this.
The hallmark of LHermitte's is abnormal sensations (tingling, vibrations/buzzing, electrical shock) from the spine down. The sensations will last only seconds but you can repeat them every time you bend you head down. There is also reverse LHermitte's: the sensations, when bending the head down, will go up the (neck, brain).
