Frown paranoid in pennsylvania

About 3 years ago I started having numbness and tingling in my arms and hands. I has an MRI of my neck and the orthopedits told me that I had something going on in my C6/C7 vertabrae that was causing it - but then it went away. It cam back this year and when I had another MRI and had it reviewed by a neurosurgeon he said that whatever's going on - my symptoms are not caused by my neck. I also have weakness in my hands now.

I have an EMG scheduled and my mind is racing wondering what I have. I also get ocular migraines, flashing lights in my vision and have had one or two episodes in the cold weather where my index fingers turned completely white and I had to put them under warm water to get the blood flow started again.
