Confused Balance and Odd Vision

Hi there. I had a fall off a horse in January this year in an Eventing lesson. I am apparently very lucky as it was thought at first that I would be three years before I could walk, then two, then one. I don't know what to expect any more, but I now walk pretty well. No ways can I run though!l The surgeon said I had Diffuse Brain Injury.

I have to wear glasses and get a dizziness if I move my head quickly. I also get a double vision if I try and move my eyes without my head. What I would like to know is of someone else with a similar problem who has improved with time. I know it's a short time for me so far but it's hard not knowing what to expect.
