Rabbit:

I think I am going to look into this totem thing. Your visualizations sound remarkable.

Glad you are doing a bit better. Here's to more better times.

Take care, Melody

Wow, Rabbit... That is awesome!

Yes sometimes it seems it takes some hard times and pressure for life to crack us open to the light! It can be hard to trust when life's been hard, but even if we're at the breaking point sometimes, we still have a choice to continue to open, even if we feel like clamping down against the pain and giving up. If we can open to this kind of light, it can shine in and bring healing and transformation if we allow it, and we can find that we actually have great strength, as you have.

Hey RP, I just wanted to let you know that while we may not all understand we certainly are here for support. If you don't mind me asking what state do you live in? TN has a very knowledgeable TBI program that I would be glad to put you in contact with.

I hate getting attorneys involved, but in your case it might be necessary. It does not sound like you have very good care initially. I hope it has gotten better. Your recounting of the events read like a nightmare . . .

Maybe we could enlist you to start a thread on your totem and spirit work. I use a lot of mindfulness meditation and deep breathing to assist with enduring my pain, but it does not address my spirit, with feels more broken every day.

I sure hope this levels out for you.

Lightbulb did start a new thread on totems and the spirt

I started what you asked for but i dont know if it help anyone. there is a lot of info on the net and even in a lot of towns there are shops. just make sure it is good info and they dont pressure you to by. a good shop will help direct you by asking questions and letting you be "drawn" to something. remember to touch things, you will know if it feels "right" for you. I have a stone necklace with a bear paw carved into it, i call this my load stone, i always wear it when i need to get rid of bad energy the stone takes it, and gets warm to the touch!
