I started what you asked for but i dont know if it help anyone. there is a lot of info on the net and even in a lot of towns there are shops. just make sure it is good info and they dont pressure you to by. a good shop will help direct you by asking questions and letting you be "drawn" to something. remember to touch things, you will know if it feels "right" for you. I have a stone necklace with a bear paw carved into it, i call this my load stone, i always wear it when i need to get rid of bad energy the stone takes it, and gets warm to the touch!

Had a bad few days, migrane went into teeth and back. my family doctor told me i need to "take walks outside.. for the oxygen.. it would help." been doing that and does not help. Still waiting for neuroligist to tell me about my MIR. After the last few weeks i feel like giving up and taking tahat long walk. my shrink uped my pills again, if they could get me back to work i would swallow handfulls to get better. I know there are people worse off than me, i should be thankfull for what i can do. sorry

Good advice Eva! It is always best to trust your own body as the body is its own wonderful machine, and not so unlike a computer will give you little or BIG error messages warning you of danger.
Many blessings to you and your loved ones as well Eva. -Crystal ![]() ![]() Quote:
