Default Anyone experience this?

Hello, I had major jaw surgery when I was 18 (I'm 51 now)and have had some residual jaw numbness ever since. I've lived with it but the last couple weeks I seem to be more aware of it and it's driving me crazy! I seem to be fixated on it more than ever before and it's really affecting everything I do. I have been going through a lot of stress lately so that can be part of the problem. Any ideas to get me out of this ?

Thanks!
