hi thanks,i have 24hrs pain a little better when lying down,i have had c5/6 fussed 9yrs ago and am just the same or worse than then.the conclusion at the bottom is .there is spinal canal stenosis from c3 to c5,more so at c4/5 level due to moderately large posterior disc osteophytic protruion.the spinal cord at this level is thinned with high signal intensity on t2 sequences in keeping with chronic myelopathy.i havenumbness in feet and hands with tingling, knee gives in constant neck and lower back pain,no balance elbow pain, and clawing of the hands and toe cramps, weight loss and tiredness, its just so confusing and hard to understand :0(
