Post new to all of this...

Hello all. My name is Shannon. I'm 28 yrs old and have recently been diagnosed with Transverse Myelitis- believed to be the result of a B12 deficiency. I've been to 2 local Neuro Drs (Asheville, NC) and to the Mayo Clinic twice now. But the truth is that the Docs can't figure out exactly why this is happening to my body so they're calling it B12. It's scary not knowing. I joined this community not exactly sure of what I was looking for, but i believe I may have found something I need...
p.s. I've never used an internet forum before so if I'm off topic or not doing something 'right', I humbly ask that you please help me learn the ways of the forum.
