Hi Michelle,

Welcome! I am gald your search brought you here but am sorry that you are in pain.

Please check out the PN forum. Those folks are a hoot and extremely smart and helpful too. You will love all those guys, especially Melody and Brian and Billye and the whole gang. Also please stop over into the vitamin forum and read up on Rose's B-12 thread. B-12 is super important especially if you are low.

and hope you are having a less pain day.
