Confused New Member Question

Hi, everyone. I too have a back Medtronic back stimulator. I had to have the battery replaced today. I've been reading the sad messages of people having trouble with their stimulators and it kind of scares me. I have only felt like it's saved my life and freed me from horrible pain. I pray I don't have the kind of troubles I've been reading about. I do have a question though. I noticed on my paperwork today that the diagnosis code was: psychosocial dysfunction. I have never seen this on any of my paperwork and I've been disabled since 2002. Does anyone know what this means...in laymans terms:
