Default parsing symptoms of various overlapping medical conditions

Hello, my user name is jedzeppelin53 and I'm looking for a little feedback beyond my neurological team and the other specialists I'm receiving treatment from.
I have had three back surgeries dating back to 1980. The last was in '97 and left me rather diminished physically and other symptoms and maladies have been added to the mix.
I have psoriatic arthritis, osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondilitis, post concussion syndrome which has only diminished marginally since the injury 30 months ago. I have continuous headaches, vertigo, loss of spatial awareness and an increased level of tinitis. CABG surgery 3 years ago with excellent results and no carryover syptoms. For fun I have vasalvagal syncope syndrome and peripheral neuropathy extending through most of my left leg and was recently diagnosed with relapsing/remitting MS. Having said all that and discounting the minor health issues my question is this - How do I tell what the heck goes in which column? I mean, is the lethargy a result of post concussion, MS, one of the meds or what. Any feedback would be appreciated

Geez Jed you are having all the fun! I don't have an answer for you. I think it would be really challenging to know what is any one thing individually and what is possibly a combo of things. I suppose on the meds you may notice a pattern of timing and certainly the MS nervy symptoms will stand out. But fatigue could be any number of things. The chronic tedium of being ill and dealing with the loss from that can wear you out too!

I am glad that you are here. There is wonderful support on the forums. Come when you need to vent, ask questions or with good and bad news. Be kind to yourself.

I am sending Healing Love,
Littlepaw
