Hi and welcome and glad you are on a better track with your health. I'm into alternative healing over 25 yrs and have posted a lot since I arrived here. I have my sleep remedy on the Sleep section here and it's called That Elusive Sleep. I get a good 8-10 hrs nightly. Keep healing.

Welcome to NeuroTalk - as ever, many folk have offered you wise ideas.

As far as your sleeping is concerned (I have had insomnia, without any underlying medical issues) I have found the concept of sleep hygiene helpful.

What that means is learning good habits in preparation for sleeping well - sleep hygiene has certainly helped me.
