Default i am new to this forum.
i belonged to brain talk for many years. learned a lot about pn.

tens units and cold water really help to ease your pain. in 2000 i found a chiro who had a unit that put out 400 volts. my pain was # 15 for three months. never felt the 400 volts until 4 treatments. when i could only stand 15 volts after 42 treatments i bought a tens unit.

Hi George and Welcome to NT. My DH has a tens unit and swears by it... He also can turn it up pretty high....
I have also used it, but when I do, I have to have it set very low. My muscles hurt really bad if I turn it up very high... Glad to see you have found us...

Hi to you both, I also have a tens unit. And I love it. Its a life saver for my neck. And its been something I will be learning to use soon for my migraines to.
