Hi Bailey, welcome to NT.

I am sorry to hear about your accident, I sure hope the surgery gets you back on track.

I was a Navy wife for 13 years. I can sympathize with you, and your possible career end. I know it doesn't matter if you have a desk job, they still won't reenlist you unless you can pass the physicals. (My husband ended up getting a hardship discharge due to my health.)

Best of luck, and keep us posted on how your recovery is going.
