Default hello

I encountered this site this evening and hope to stick around.I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder two years ago and soon discovered the local(Yukon) medical community is quite ignorant as to this disorder.Lies and fear mongering were used in order to make me compliant in taking toximolecular psych drugs.I was adamant in my refusal;these drugs were more horrendous than anything I had encountered on the street. The past two years have been quite educational;what had been puzzling and confused behavior in my past I can now better understand.I was fortunate in finding orthomolecular therapy and am experiencing a successful recovery including comorbid diseases.Cognitive behavior therapy, exercise and meditation are also part of my armor.Without the aid of the web I doubt that this would have been possible.I thirst for the opportunity to learn from and share with my peers, and am eager to hear from others with orthomolecular experience.
Thanks for being here!
