Default Hi and welcome.

I too have Fibro. Was diagnosed with it around the same time as I ended up with RSD and TOS. I also have Degenerative disc disease, osteo, and I suffer from panic attacks also. My first one was in a grocery store around here after that I had them all of the time. I had them under control until last year when I had an implant put in for depression and now they are back.

For the Fibro, you need to see a Rhematologist and maybe get triggerpoint injections in your neck and different pain places. They use lidocaine, some use steroids. I would suggest the lidocaine though.

It's a matter of finding the right Dr. that knows what you have and how to take care of it.

I am glad you found the group and you will learn a lot about the Fibro. And learning about what you have is the main thing to help yourself get better.
