Default Any light at the end of the tunnel?

Hi. I am new to this. Heard about it from my daughter. I have been battling some auto immune diseases -poly myalgia rheumatica, osteo arthritis. also have ruptured discs in my neck and low back along with stenosis.I am recovering from surgery for a ruptured bowel and am very weak thus complicating trying to get pain relief for my low back. I have tried epidurals and ended up in the ER after every one. I am on pain meds and pain patches that only give minor relief. Is there any light at the end of the tunnel? Being a recent widow contributes a lot to the depression that comes with constant pain. Thanks for reading this
