Hi Sam:

Have you been learning how to use your laptop? There are so many places to go on the internet (without even leaving your chair), it's absolutely amazing.

You can also learn games, and 'YOUR MACHINE" will keep you occupied for hours on end.

It is very sad to lose a friend. I know. I have lost some too. But I'm 60 and if I can learn to use a computer, anyone can!!!

So hope you are feeling okay, let me welcome you to Neurotalks, and hope you find some answers. We are very nice folks here.

Take care,

Melody

Cool

melody
I am learning to get to place but I don't know how to get back to them once i leave them. I made me a note book and now i am writing what they are. I didn't mean i lost my friends as in dead i mean they quit coming around. I quit church and I quit having anything to do with people. Since my aneurysm i have a hard time understanding people talking. my brain doesn't process the info as fast as they talk and this is very nerve recking for me. even my sons drive me crazy talking. I have to keep a dictionary with me to write. The aneurysm changed my life. but oh well I didn't end up a vegetable like the doctors said i would if i lived!! FOOLED them!! I look forward to talking to people on here. I know i got loggin as Sam White, my son started that one, I am really the barefootangel_1!!

Sam White,

It's so frustrating not to be able to locate your posts and threads!

Look toward the top of this page for the blue bar. Find "Quick Links" and click on it. Click on "Edit Options"
Then find this:

Default Thread Subscription Mode

What you want to do is to "subscribe" to threads.

Then when you want to find them, you go to the blue bar (again) and click on the far left "User CP" CP=control panel.

I was delighted to discover this feature. Very handy!!!

Have fun!
