Default Newly diagnosed with RSD and seeking answers

I was diagnosed with RSD a few weeks ago. I have been put on lyrica, oxycontin, a nuerotin cream mixed with other stuff, and a lidoderm patch. It stems from a major knee surgery I had in Jan. It was my 3rd knee surgery in 6 years. I had a meniscus transplant with microfracture of the knee. I was off my leg for 8 weeks. About a month ago physical therapy started becoming extremely painful. And every active thing I do is very painful. An xray showed I had developed osteopenia in my tibia. A bone scan showed I have RSD. I do not have all the symptoms of it. The pain dr. said I am in the early stages of it and it is good they caught it early. I am suppose to get a nerve block as well. The symptoms I have are a burning sensation every 30 minutes or so and a lot of moderate to severe pain. I am wondering if it is easy to beat this. I was hoping to try to get pregnant but that has to be put on hold until I am off the meds. I really want to go off the meds in the next month. I hate taking all this stuff. I have also been off work since the surgery. I am a personal trianer and use to being active. The past 5 months are the most inactive I have ever been. I am not able to do simple activities such as ride a stationary bike due to the pain. I need to get my muscles to develope back to help stabilize my knee. I am wondering if nutrition can play a role to be out of pain and go off the meds. I am a pretty healthy eater overall. The past week I have been eating tons of fruits and veggies. I joined this site to learn more and try to beat this. I really want to overcome this asap and try to start having babies
