Hello RhiannonsMoon and welcome to Neurotalk.
I wish I had some magic answers for you but I don't. I'm no expert but I was wondering if these events may not be some sort of Petit Mal Seizure? You don't menton what, if any, medical intervention you've been having, so I thought I'd start with giing you the link to our Epilepsy Forum and hope that some of the members there will be able to offer you a little more than I can.
