Unhappy New 2 U

I'm 57 yrs old & have been diag w/Fibro since 2003: 2004 fell at work injurying neck & back, now have chronic pain from that along w/fibro.
I've done everything from injections, PT, pain clinics, chiro, massage, acupuncture, of course multitude of med's. Nothing really helps & I've reached the point that I cannot continue to work a job that I really like.
Have had my car repossessed, reduced to living in 1 bdrm apt from house,
no longer can do all the sports/outdoor things w/grandkids. (Can I have some wine & cheese, please) I'm trying to get short term disability as the suggestion of my employer through work, but the way my dr's are I'll probably get denied. Then it'll be the welfare line if I have to. I'm at my wits end, having to take Oxy daily just to function as a partial person. Any suggestions or if you know of a dr in Spokane WA that works with my symptoms, please let me know. I've always enjoyed life but fibro has a way of stealing life away from us. I'm looking for a dr that will fight with me, my recent one informed me she isn't comfortable dealing w/any type of disability claims, not part of her forte as a family doctor.
