Default from England with pituitary tumour hello

Hello my name is Roy and i live in Devon England, and thats nowhere near London in case you wondered, i was told i had a pituitary tumour 18 months ago, but who knows how long i have really had this, the first 12 months were ok as far as treatment goes, and this was with drugs, but lately have felt crap and very tired with a lot of headaches as they keep increasing the dose because treatment has not worked as they expected , they now tell me it has wrapped around some blood vessels making surgery more difficult now if they go down that route, i know there is only one more level of drugs they can put me on , i now am off work at the moment because of feeling so bad, i am nearly 45 years old and feel so hopeless because of this as i am not doing things for my family like i should, has anyone got a magic wand i can borrow please.
cheers Roytheboy
