Hi there. Welcome to Neurotalks.

I'm a 61 year old woman and I read your post with much interest. Your doctor did not order a PET scan or an MRI of your head? I'm surprised, given your symptoms.

Hopefully your neurologist will do this. I am so sorry about your mom and your sister. It must be so stressful. Do you have kids? And if so, are they a joy, or do they want to make you go and hide under the bed? lol

Take care, I just wanted to stop by and say hi.

Oh, by the way, I also take Methyl B-12 (5000) sub lingually every morning.

My memory (while I'm still sharp in many ways), well sometimes I forget if I posted a reply to someone, or I'll go into a room and say "what the heck was I looking for".

I now write every thing down.

I also go on the internet and do those brain puzzle things.

Best of luck hon.

Melody

Thanks MelodyL for the warm welcome. I did have an MRI of my brain but it came back "normal". The next step is the neuro appt but I did order the B12 methyl 5000 and will start it when it comes. No I don't have kids just a great hubby and a crazy cat.

Yes I have started to try and write everything down too because I am so forgetful.

Thanks again
