Hello Sarah, and welcome to NeuroTalk! This is such a great place to hang out, with so many friendly, caring, and helpful people.

You mention a service dog. I have MS, and I have a service dog named Montana (see avatar) who is a wonderful help to me, both physically and mentally. They can completely change your life, these wonderful animals.
