Arrow speech difficulty

I was diagnised 3 and half years . the only medicin i take is kamadrin.
My quality of life has been good with occasional tremor but recently my speech ability has deteriorated in marked way and i dont seem to pronounce long words properly.
I wish to hear your experince and if speech therapy helpful?
