You ask about treatment for internal temors and vivid dreams. The treatment for someone experiencing these because of trauma could well be quite different from someone with these problems because of Parkinsons. For us there is a complex interplay between the condition and the treatment and it can be very difficult to work out what is causing which symptom (or side effect). Sometimes it is the condition, sometimes the treatment. Vivid dreams can be caused by either the PD or drug treatment or both.

I wonder if you have had your blood sugars tested recently? Your A1C's?
Vivid dreams or nightmares come sometimes when blood sugars are low during the night. Also the tremors can be from low sugars on awakening. Early type II diabetes can have some lows at odd times like this. I'd get screened for type II diabetes, if I were you.

Here is a link to a rather academically worded paper on early or prodromal signs of PD, if you are interested in reading more. The wondering is worrying isnt it (and reading on it can be too) http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/arti...9/#!po=50.0000
