Default O.T. Cholesterol ???

Hello Everyone,
Have just received my yearly blood lipid panel results and my cholesterol dropped from 250 to 190 (thru diet and supplements, no meds), the LDL dropped from 190 to 146 (still high), but my HDL also dropped, from 34 to 23. Can anyone explain the drop in my HDL, also I had cut my methyl B-12 daily intake from 5000mcg to 2000mcg and the B-12 dropped from 926 to 620. Would I be better off just taking a monthly injection of B-12. Every thing else was in the ball park. Thanks
Lanny

Fish oil can raise HDL....

However, I just read that not all HDL is "good"...so one has to wonder how accurate the testing is, or valid, for the long run.

I found this a week or so ago....

What IS important is to prevent endothelial damage to the blood vessels. This can be accomplished with antioxidants, and a good formula of curcumin. (that is absorption enhanced).

I'd go back to the 5mg oral B12, if I were you. Looks like you need it. Remember to make sure to take that on an empty stomach for best absorption.

Looks like you are doing well, otherwise.

I've started a trial of L-citrulline and L- arginine, to improve my blood pressure and muscle fatigue. So far this week, I can feel a significant difference in my stamina already.

This doctor's website is what I found:
