Hi jo55, You know that magnets have been used for over 500 years for pain, you would think that many more people would know about the qualities of magnetic therapy, to get the best results out of magnets is to place them directly on your sore spot, using moleskin first, followed by the magnet and then the strong waterproof adhesive tape to keep them stuck on well, and left on for about 3 days take off, bath and powder the area, then within a couple hours put them back on, sometimes you may notice that the origonal sore spot has moved so general rule is were its sore is were you put them.
