podiatrist will and should have an arsenal of cracked heel lotions and potions in his/her arsenal. Some are scripts, and are often not cheap...but they work! ASK, ideally for the script and samples to see if you like the stuff and do the mail in thing! I speak from experience here.
Carmol and Keralac are the two main ones, most contain either salacylic acid or urea and I have to warn, you, wash your hands after applying and wear socks while it's on, or flip-flops as the stuff WILL dissolve shoe leather and furniture finishes! Yep, strong stuff! But getting open sores on your feet is a very undesirable option! - j |

![]() ![]() Honestly, my kids used to have a fit if I touched them with my feet. They said they would rather have sandpaper rubbed on them and I still love them ![]() Another thing that can really help is chapstick, like Carmex, not the stick type. Emu salve works too, if you can stand it. Believe me, I have tried so many things. |

. . .that is the funniest story I have ever heard! I always ask my hair stylist to do my hair kind of like a short "shag" and now I will always think of you in the chair with your hair on fire! Thanks :-)
