The best anti-oxidants I take are R-Lipoic Acid, CoQ10, and PQQ. I like how CoQ10 recycles and regenerates other antioxidants such as Vit-E and Vit-C, so I take them all together. According to Dr. Lester Packer, who studied antioxidants for 35 years, RLA is more potent than vitamins C and E, and CoQ10, and may, in fact, be the most important antioxidant ever discovered. That was until PQQ. "Unlike other antioxidants, the exceptional molecular stability of PQQ allows it to carry out thousands of electron transfers without undergoing molecular breakdown. “PQQ is 30 to 5,000 times more efficient in sustaining redox cycling (mitochondrial energy production) . . . than other common [antioxidant compounds], e.g. Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C).” The question is: What are correct therapeutic doses? I'm not sure anyone can know unless their cell membranes have been tested. If they are shot, they'll leak like a sieve.
