Actually my PT gave me some different strengths of compression tubing she had cut and suggested I try compression. After a couple of weeks of experimenting I am thinking I will go ahead and get "fitted" for some socks. I'd say they affected the pain by half a point or so. I'll report back in a few months with more impressions.
