Default A-b-c-d-e-f-g-....

Vitamins, vitamins, vitamins.

Will they never end?

I'm already deep into the mysteries of B-12 (the methylcobalomoline especially -- I spelled that from memory, but the spell-check underline appeared, so I may have forgotten a letter or 2) and planning to stop by the lab later today for a specific Vitamin D test.

Vitamin D? Either there is something new in the research or I haven't been paying attention close enough. I currently take a Calcium supplement with 800 units of Vit. D (and what is a unit????).

Any help out there?

Cowboy.
